They will not like you anymore or give you a discount for buying them drinks. I only buy drinks for someone I am planning on negotiating with or a few favoritas who do give me great pricing and do not abuse me with high priced drinks or food.

Another variation of the chica-elbow sign language is if you see a chica rolling her eyes  when she does the maneuver - it means "that cheap bastard Latinoheat has entered the building"

When you see these girls early in the evening walking around with a small coat etc and it is not cold outside it is usually means that they came in by bus from some place outside SJ and they are going to stay the night.
Or it simply means she is aware of the dress code at the hotel Pres. and prepared for it.

Hey Shawn4DelRey,
we should hold some puta-etiquette classes at the BM...
DelRey University Class schedule: Monday evenings-
7-7:15 PM: Worst conversation starters- "Hey babi, Wha's yo name, Where yu from, etc..."
7:15-7:30 PM: Drink mooching and supporting your gambling habit etiquette- giving the gringo sucker a few minutes to take the bait, when it's time to signal amigas over for free drinks, etc...
7:30-7:45 PM: Negotiating tactics and separating the vets from the newbies & suckers- cien is nice but not always realistic.
7:45-8 PM: White lies and fake orgasms- how to stroke his ego and his dick.
8-8:30 PM: Slutty fashion advice- Hand-Solo comes out of retirement to do some "queer-eye for the working girl" makeovers.

Here in Texas, especially in Houston we have a very large migrant community. Latinos (Central and South America, Cuba, Puerto Rico), Hispanics (born in Mexico) . Chicanos (born in the USA). They all bring something from their places of origion to the new world. In this case the "Taxi Dance Club" came to Texas.

I dont know if the Taxi Dance originated in Mexico or not. But I am pretty sure it did.

Okay here we go.

The place is full of girls. All shapes and sizes. You pick the one you want. You buy her beer. You dance with her. I forgot to tell you. They only sell beer in a Taxi Dance Club!

Now! The beers cost $13 if a waitress serves it. $3 if you walk your ass to the bar and get it yourself. The bar gets $3 on every beer. The girl gets $10. She will grind you as long as the beers are being bought The kick in the head comes when the beers stop coming. The girl leaves to find another sucker to dance with! And this goe on and on throughout the club.

I have heard rumor from reliable sources that the girls can drink 20 beers a night. $200.00 no sexo! The girls also get a littl help from the barkeep when he adds water or lots of foam to the cup of beer!

While in Juarez recently with RBC100, we went into a strip club. Just getting to the table was like walking the gauntlet, where every hooker, each one fatter and uglier than the next, relentlessly prospected for a drink. And they wouldn't take no for an answer. Once I got to the table, every girl in the place invited themselves to the table for a drink (with a compliant waiter nearby). Once declined, they would ask again ("Why ju no buy me drink?"), then ask for a dollar, then finally for a cigarette.

Sounds like you may have been in the Hollywood Club or Eduardos. For some reason the 2 biggest rip off joints in Juarez draw the biggest crowd with the Hollywood attracting the most gang bang wannabees. Next time you guys are in town I would be happy to take you guys to the Pink Ladies. I don't think RBC100 has been there. Since I am no longer doing tours for pay I now have no problem taking a guest to the local brothels.

Enough Juarez shit and on to the topic of ladies drinks. To hell with the drinks has been my rule. For the most part the ladies know better than to ask me for one but a few still try. When asked I say that I have just arrived and want to see the show first.

If I do buy one, that is it, one. If she drinks them at a decent pace and has personality I may buy one or two more and thats it, time for chaga chaga or I leave.

I have not been to Costa Rica but I feel the same rules could apply to CR.

Hey Mugroso, You are all over the place here lately. Good to see you here and welocme. Would do you good to get out of El Paso. You will find the venues farther South to be much better than Jaurez and SE asia to be infinitley better. We did go to Pink Lady last year at a Mongerpaloza with Gentleman monger but I was really tired that night and didn't partake. You are right I only buy a lady a drink if I am interested and usually only one, two at most and then it is time to move on or go back room for some fun.rbc100

I fell for this once on my first trip, two Columbians hit me for two Coronas. As soon as they were served they asked me if I wanted to do both of them. When I said "tal vez leugo," off they went without expressing thanks. I`d have rather handed the 5 spot to a street beggar. After that and 5 more trips, never bought another drink in CR for a hooker unless I brought them to the table. None dared order any high dollar drinks, and if they had, I`d have cancelled the order. What do we think we are dealing with here? :D Yes it is different from the sex industry in America, but in many ways, it`s exactly the same. Next thing you know they will start getting insulting when you turn them down. That`s the American way....

And, why would anyone fly all the way to Costa Rica to go in a lap dance strip club?? You are just asking for it then. "B Girls" they call them, drink hustling for a commission. That game is as old as recorded history, very common worldwide. If you aren`t buying the girls drinks they simply don`t want you in there so don`t go unless you want to be ripped off. "Go home" as the American drink hustlers will tell you...

How else are they supposed to make money? Do you expect them to grind on you for free? In Pantera Rosa, you don't pay for "lap dances", so this is how they make their $, nobody is being hustled into buying drinks. I don't think 3-4 ($25-30) drinks an hour is crazy. Why go to strip clubs? It's a change of pace from the normal evening of sitting in Del Rey and watching gorditas walking around in a circle.

Each to his own Bro. I find strip clubs to be annoying and a lousy value, are off my intinerary when traveling to CR. Plenty of that format available at home. If you are happy with them, do go for it. My response was more geared toward those complaining, and what they describe is rather typical and to be expected.

I've only been to PR. It was a lot different than clubs in the U.S. And, it does make for a nice change of scenery.

I would expect to hit one or two of these clubs on all future visits.

At PR, I stayed for about four hours, had two or three dances, had sex in the dirty room, and spent less than $100 total.

I was also shocked at how attractive the girls were...definitely a good time.

True enough - to be expected.

But you don't spend 4 hours in a strip club and get laid for $100 at home I'll bet.

But if you find it annoying you're certainly not going to enjoy yourself. I find it a terrific change of pace.

I try to enjoy all the venus in C.R. From the DR/KL/SL to the MP's to the strips. A little of everything - Yeah, THAT'S the ticket. :D

No, it`s about $250 for a walkout but then again, no plane ticket to Costa Rica or hotel bills involved....

No but seriously, if you know strip clubs offering full service in decent enough rooms, the bill for the whole experience including drinks is only $100, you don`t get clipped or harassed, sounds okay, go for it. And share your info with those on the thread complaining about CR strip clubs. I still doubt I`d go there, are too many other tried and true venues for what I go to CR for...

Talking about drinks went to the Dolhouse in Orlando ordered a beer first off haven't been there in 5 years but a few of the girls remembered me of course they weren't dancing anymore. We ordered 2 beers and she said 6.50 a piece and I said whow. A course we still stayed for a while. Thn we went to Rachels and ordered 2 drinks at 13.50 a piece and said whow again. So the prices in CR aren't that bad after all. Anyone that knows me I like to drink right Bk and budlite and the boys in Tampa.

Of course the drink prices in CR are not bad compared to American prices. The average yearly income there is $5000 a year, is a whole different economy, a 50 spot a whole week`s pay for a general laborer. But one pays 5 to 6 hundred in travel expenses to get there. I need a much better deal than the U.S. to justify that as all I can ever work out is short excursions.
