Actually VB you did not over pay her you gave her almost the exact exchange rate. Maybe she thought the exchange rate was published rate of 516 so you owed her 200 colones but then she probably is ignorant of the "spread" in currency exchange.
I would of loved to see VBs face I get a kick out of it when he gets mad, he turns all red and his eyes bulge out and his head looks like its about to explode.
