Now for my MYBITCH report

First, I would like to inform all of my CRT brothers’ that the Hotel Presidente has a BLACK LIST for people they consisted undesirable....:shock::shock:

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...Seems some of us are not welcome....

Let me tell you “What a shock it was” after traveling all night to get there and then to be denied letting the Spratt stay with me (as she has done maybe a dozen times before!!!) WHAT SHIT

Now, I'll tell ya, it was more then ole iggy was ready for…. I could see black listing me, but to have the Spratt BLACK LISTED was pure bullshit from the Prez...:( :(:(

IGGY...Holy shit, how can this be...... :?

Did she piss in the lobby? Nope
Did she shit in the stair case? Nope
Get drunk and run naked down the hall? Nope

Iggy ….Then what did she do... She did nothing, it is a managerial decision is the LIE that I was told..
.

The hotel let me know I could go get a WHORE from any near by establishment, (HDR) but Eunisse could not stay…WTF

But gentlemen….you know ole Iggy had something to say:

I just let them know, in no uncertain terms: That the Hotel Presidente is nothing more then a low life- suck dog, and that they could eat shit and die before I ever step one foot in that joint....EVER AGAIN

I've seen em come and I'v seen um go... Some hotels just don't get it, it is their long term customer that pulls them through the lean times, and for all it's worth....My cash folds and it green..works World Wide...F*ck the Prez

Of course that IMHO

Iggy... :P

Wait till your novia does not dress right or they Prez just gets a wild hair up their ass.. it's your money..

But that is just IMHO

Such a list has been reported before, but I wonder what "managerial decision" means? You would think the hotel should state the reason, but then again you have the tico mindset at work. Wile Coyote

I go to CR to relax and Phuck the BS, ...

With all due respect Iggy, you seem to have a great deal of problems with Hotels. ... first you went off on the Amon & now its the Presidente... I just read your trip report and you seem to be in love with the Sportsmens now.. How long will it be before you tear them a new one...

Perhaps you should evaluate the events that cause the problems before you instantly jump to calling the various hotels in town scum sucking dogs or whatever the phrase you used...

I have stayed at both the Amon and the Presidente and with Bill for over 2 weeks last rip as well, on various occasions all documented & have found nothing but great people...

Sometimes you get out of any experience what you put in....

I agree. Maybe it is my ex-baseball umpire mindset that allows me to see both sides of the coin. I never kicked a coach out of the game, they usually kicked themselves out.

I am not thinking it is totally their fault or your fault, like most things that happens, it was probably a combination of both sides.

Maybe I am just lucky, but in 6 trips to the Presidente, the only problem I have ever had was changing dollars to colones. I fixed that problem by letting the Colonial Casino change my dollars.

While I don't know what happened with the Spratt, I did see her several times after Iggy left. She was dressed rather conservatively in comparison of those around her and said hi the few times we were close enough to talk.

Yes the hotel has had a blacklist for years which is not necessarily a bad thing, it keeps the chica-thieves from getting a 2nd chance. But when the dress code started to be enforced they would (supposedly) give a chica 2 or 3 warnings about her attire and then she could be put on the list for "not cooperating with the policy." Iggy it sucks to have her turned away especially without a reasonable explanation but it would seem she must have done SOMETHING to get put on the list. :?:

Iggy, I would like to ask, were you trying to check your companion in as a double occupant, or regular guest, or were you trying to check her in for a short term or TLN visit but not as a registered guest and double occupant?

Let us set aside our editiorials as to the suspected sexual orientation of the Presidente managerial staff for the moment.

I am curious, are you saying that you could not register your companion as a paying guest and double occupant of your room?

Or, were you attempting to register your companion as a short term visitor?

I see another comment from a member saying he saw your companion dressed conservatively in comparison to other visitors.

So, another question, what do you think may be the real reason for her being denied?

Admittedly, I am not familiar with your companion, and no insult intended, but has she visited the Presidente in the past with others?

And, is it possible she has somehow fallen from favor with the management at the Presidente for past actions?

As an aside, I too have been guilty of tirades in the past about the Presidente (Homo Central, etc...), but I digress, for the sake of brevity let us try to get to the factual bottom of the matter.

I must admit, I do like the Presidente, it sort of a love/hate relationship.
and, the hotel has been a long time friend of CRT.

Although I no longer consider them as an option for me personally, I would recommend them for others.

But, I am curious, say for instance I bring one of my girlfriends from the states as a visitor with me, and she is dressed provacatively by the Presidente's standards, would she not be allowed to register as a guest?

I ask this since I have seen gringa guests at the hotel dressed just as casually as any little darling to be found in San Jose.

Is this dress code only for little darlings that have visited the hotel in the company of other hotel guests?

thank you for your thoughts/opinions on this matter.

The Prez certainly has certainly got more strict over the chica dress policy. What if you bring in a non working girl that dresses sexy, will she be denied entrance? Was there one incident or event that changed the Prez's policy towards dress? Tux

First, I have been issued a warning about this thread by Admin1....
Before I’m suspended (again) let me say that I like being a member of CRT so I will make my last reply short:

You asked:
Quote:
I am curious, are you saying that you could not register your companion as a paying guest and double occupant of your room

That is exactly what I am saying!

I had her registered as a quest, reaffirmed the reservation before I left Florida and never once did the Hotel say that there was a problem until I arrived…That was wrong!

The only thing that Eunisse ever did that the Hotel did not like was to bring her son once to play in the Jacuzzi, in my room and that they did not like that....
She saz the Presidente’s staff are typical tico’s with their mind-set, and they do not like her, and that is where the problems starts.

In all of my roughly 25 trips to San Jose, I have had trouble with only two hotels.
Amon Plaza & the Prez: As far as Amon Plaza goes ...I will stay at the Hemingway first...

As for the Prez: it has been for a long time the only hotel that I would stay at…. But since they started the dress code and the black listing, I have found the Sportsman Lodge much more understanding and a 100% responsible for making their quest happy. If there is a problem at the SL, Bill handles it personally.

Why…BECAUSE HE CARES ABOUT HIS Customers….

After this post I am abandoning this thread…I have been informed that the Administrator of CRT is not happy with my post:..

I only tell it like I see it…..

Iggy...

Now I'm not defending the Presidente of any other hotel since I haven't stayed in one for the last 3 1/2 years. However my OPINION is that a blacklist of chicas (if done for "just cause") is a very good safeguard for guys who bring in previously unknown chicas who may steal from them or worse. I know that several years ago a chica tried to steal money from me at the Morazan and she was blacklisted from the place, thus potentially saving some other unsuspecting Gringo from the same thing at that hotel. My belief is that a hotel will try to be careful who they blacklist and why. It's in their best interest to keep everyone happy. It is certainly possible that some innocent chicas can fall through the cracks, but I bet that for the most part, those not allowed in DESERVE it. If the issue is the dress code then that's the chica's fault. If a chica is going to earn her living by banging mongers then she should be smart enough to learn from her first warning at the "Grand Mongering Palace". The Presidente is like the bank to these chicas. It's where the money is....and if they can't get in then...well you know what I mean.

Good point Bob....

That is exactly how eunisse feels"that the Hotel is money in her pocket and she would never screw it up, but for some reason, the hotel has put her there, and there is where she will stay. She move on the Jaco and I moved to another hotel.

A black list for a just cause is exceptable, ( robbery-stealing..ect, ect, ect)but she is not a thief. The hotel, I feel should have been professional enough to say something before I arrived about black listing her... Seems some do not get it! Traveling is not cheap, niether is staying in That Hotel. I use to do it because I enjoyed my stay, that's what I spend the money for. Helll, if I wanted a shot of ass, it's cheap in FP.... Try $20.00 bucks

So to travel a long way to this shit is a reflection on the Prez and how they handle their affairs...

Iggy.... :P
