I have stayed in rooms at the SL and Presidente with jacuzzis. I would recommend both. The DR also has one but I have not stayed there.

I don't know, but I'm kind of grossed out by the whole idea of jacuzzis in a monger hotel. I don't even want to think about what has been done in them. The only time I've ever been in one in CR has been at Flamingo Marina Resort. I wouldn't consider it a monger hotel, but I still wasn't comfortable. I know they are cleaned and all, but I've seen how "inspired" those maids can be, so pardon me if I don't think they do a superb job.

The Prez actually has one upstairs that you can reserve for one hour. Its private and relaxing...... Not a bad extra for a $56 room.

I've used the public one at the Pres as well, but here the concern about what might have transpired before really applies. The one in the Master Suite though is about the best I've seen down there - room for eight or so, and great views of the city.

I wonder how much longer Sportsmen's intends to experiment with their unique concept of lukewarm jacuzzis in the Penthouse?

So Far:

Pres - yes - a nice one in the Master Suite
- "a community tub"
- spa rooms
- Grand Spa Suites
Castillo - none that I know of
Morazan - none that I know of
SL - yes - "nice" and "water not very hot"
HDR - yes - comments?
Flamingo Marina Resort - yes - comments
Hotel M - Yes - comments

Others?

Which rooms in the SL have them?

I had a spa room at the Presidente and loved it. I usually take a hot bath every day at home, but the Pres only has showers, so that is another reason to get a spa or junior suite. I clean out my jacuzzi tub on my own, so don't worry about what went on before I was there.

The Prez has both the spa rooms and the Grand Spa Suites. I stayed in a Grand suite over Thanksgiving, room 801, which actually has a full-size jacuzzi on the balcony. My favorita really loved it! :D This July I've booked one of the spa rooms.

The Hotel M also has a large jacuzzi.

I think a hot tub is very well worth it. Jacuzzis, bubbles and chicas go great togther. :D

See Trip reports re Getting Lucky at the Del Rey...

Code:
I couldn't wait to try out the new Spa in my room and the two sisters were anxious as well.... They were undressed in a flash, had the hot water running, the bubble bath flowing and the party was on... We were like 3 K*ds in a Jacuzzi for the first time... Giggling and laughing, slipping and sliding, rubbing and touching, and stroking and feeling each other as we are turning up the heat...

Ahhh yes, the Jacuzzis do set the mood....

Ive only tried the one at the Prez, and Ill agree it seems to set the mode with even the hardest of chicas.

Id reccomend it for the price difference

I'm not so sure Orange..............

The jacuzzi I was in with my tica got so hot that it started bubbling. Of course, the food was not setting well with me, so how am I to know it was the water temperature?

IMHO, there are only two things wrong with a jacuzzi room.........Cost and extra towels. Money for a tip to the maid will solve one problem and money to fork our for the room is the other. I just did not spend as much time at the MP, but it felt like a quality experience most times.

Everyone has their own opinions and they are all important......
