Okay, not enemy, but adversary, opponent in negotiations.

1. The perfect 'cliente.' We go out looking for what we like, whatever that may be. Our tastes differ from member to member. But what about the chicas? What are THEY looking for? I've talked to enough of them to compile a list of what they like/prefer (in general). These won't necessarily be in order of importance.

- First timers. These guys will likely be in a daze and won't know what a reasonable price is.

- Free spenders. Self-explanatory.

- Good Hygiene

- Small or average penis. (believe it)

- Not overly drunk. Drunks are more likely to be a behavior problem and slower to ejaculate.

- quick to make a decision.

- quick to come. There are rare girls who might click with a customer and want the experience to last, but we're talking about the average chica here.

I remember a LONG LONG time ago reading an interview with a call girl. They asked her what her favorite type of sex was. Her answer was: rich quickies.

Item 2. Why hold out for 100 when they can do it 3 times for 40 and make more money?

- pride. It's bad enough to think of yourself as a prostitute, but worse to think of yourself as a CHEAP prostitute.

- precedent/reputation. These girls know we talk about them. If they get known to take 40 dollars, they are afraid that nobody will offer them the 100 or more that they want.

- they don't really enjoy their work. There are some party girls who enjoy the lifestyle, but most consider it WORK. They would rather do one guy at 100 than 10 at 40. The money is 4 to 1 but the work is 10 to 1. The vast majority of these girls know they aren't going to make it rich no matter how well they price and market themselves. So rather than work their tail off (so to speak) for an extra few dollars, they prefer to accept a little less gross (sometimes very gross) income for a lot less work.

So there you have my take on it.

Excellent post Bilko - spot on from what I've observed. All of this is why personally I've become so much more selective over time - the girls that are in it basically for a quick score are exactly the ones I won't waste my time on anymore.

Speaking of pride, amazing how many will even go home alone without scoring rather than taking anything below their hallowed "cien".

Personaly, i don't care if they enjoy it as long as i do.Since its my dime all i want them to do is whatever was agreed upon.I also found that it was easy to move them off cien but not insult them$70-$80 + tip. I would say that is the sum of the norm for most the chicas I have talked to also. I am like GR & avoid this norm which really is not hard to do. My favorite is the newer Latina checking the whole seen out to see if she can deal with it or not. Most of these do not speak English well & are nervous. The best way to calm them is speak in calm normal tones in their native tongue while being nice letting them know you do understand the culture & surroundings. You can make some actual friends that do like you for what ever that might be worth.

The other type is the Chica that has been around a while & she knows you know what she knows & you have a decent time with both showing mutual respect.

My experience seems to show that it is much easier for a less experienced Latina to get some thrill out of it for her self than those that have done it so much there is little thrill left even if you are young, good looking & have lots of $$$$$.

Like Mike321 points out it is really more about what we get out of it that is most important. After all it is on our dime & our R&R to ourselves but it is a nice bonus to see the Chica actually enjoy it. Women seem to be like men in many ways. Many really do like sex it appears with different partners but alot of them don't get off no matter what or how you do whatever. Seems they have made up their mind it is just a job. Too me you just have to not worry about pleasing this type & just do what you enjoy which limits the fun to a certain degree.

It is funny how human chemistry can mix at times. Some you can tell the sex is great & both really enjoy yet both people may not want a serious dating relationship at all. Others may like the dating seen but the sex is just so-so. Hard to have it all sometimes.

great post topic...i have been floored by girls who i thought only cared about money but when the chance came for them to make a quick score they refused ..as in a girl who i seen on one trip and we talked a few times on the phone then on my next trip ...i seen her and told her i was looking for other girls and she was at key largo working and i just tried to be friends with her ....so now its clear the novia thing is off..well my friend see her and wants to go with her , she will have nothing to do with him...he a nice guy, is nice to all the girls he plays with and could be a steady income for her ...but she says ...NO ....just blew me away !!! even 4 trips later and on a slow nite , with no one buying she still says no ..so sometimes when you think its only about money ..it isnt..

In my experience I've found it's much better to spend a few minutes talking with a girl before you even mention business.

If she shows no interest in talking, is still looking around the room instead of at you or she's trying to close the deal in the first 30 seconds then move on, regardless of how "hot" she looks.

It's not foolproof but you can usually get a better idea of her demeanor and if she has any real interest in you fairly quickly. If you can get her laughing and get her mind off of the fact that it's just "business" you will go a long way to building a good short-term relationship.

As for business, these girls are often smarter then we think. In 2004 I had one (Sandra, very cute Del Rey regular, about 26 then, regular ht/wt, no silicone, long dark hair, nice smile) who quoted me $100.
I countered with 40,000 colones (about $79 at the time).
She said (in English), "44,000, that would equal $100".

I think a big part of the art of the chase is to find girls that:

a: really like sex as long as you are ok and treat them well

b: Even though it is a P4P situation they happen to like you and enjoy your company.

I spend my time looking for girls that fit into the B category. Chemistry does matter and you can have a lot more fun and enjoyment if you spend time looking for these girls.

Lots of good points in this thread. I would add that it's good also to try to find girls that are very new to the biz or only work on occasion. Chat them up a bit to find out. Her liking you is part of a successful hookup it but some of the girls can be very friendly, yet service in the end is still overly "professional" (eg no french kissing, no option for BBBJ, and the worst, "cancella por favor" before service). Too many of the ladies have a protocol they follow with clients and they don't vary from it no matter who the guy is. I understand it and respect it, as it is their business and they don't want to put themselves at physical or emotional risk. For these women (the clear majority of them) this work is basically all about $ for their families and babys and nothing more. But for my own gratification I always hope for more.

When I was in Lima one of the benefits of the nicer strip clubs there was the "no holds barred" action allowed on the couches with the girl, for the price of a chica drink. If the chica was into kissing on the lips, especially DFK, it nearly guaranteed a great experience. If she shied away from that kind of activity on the couch, then I knew she was not worth pulling. When I go to clubs where the freelancers hang (eg Tequila's in Lima, Key Largo in SJO) I find it is harder sometimes to evaluate the girls since they have to act semi-respectable and generally don't get too intimate with any guy in that environment, even if she really likes him. But dancing with the girls can give a decent clue.

I agree with the general comments that the fresher the better. The hardcore pros are not going to linger, GFE, or give you that warm fuzzy feeling. Some of the real new ones unfortunately are not going to be very good at oral skills or varied positions...are you willing to pay them to train them? There are just a select few that are in between these two extremes.

For pure gratification for the price, I think strip clubs and MPs are a better 'bang for the buck' than a pure whore house/Delrey experience. YMMV. Strip clubs give you more relaxed interaction before you decide if you want private time with them..and you get to see how they move or feel upclose before choosing. MPs give you the most time for the money...and hopefully a good real massage. I have rarely had a good massage from a Delrey girl.

I never expect true GFE from Delrey or Key Largo girls. Most of them are just too jaded...and I get real bored with their fake moans and murmurring...and traditional pitch for propina and/or taxi fare.

It is funny how the location changes the girls self worth opinion. I am not in the DR much, but was there late night recently talking to a nice looking 6 to7 well dressed chica. She said cien and I said I pay that for TLN and was not a tourista. She asked me where I hang out and when I said SL, she said "I see you are used to the low end $50 girls ovet there" Now this girl would barely make the middle ranking of the usual SL lineup and certainly was not the eye candy Columbiana type.
