CR Virgin - Newbie!

I'm traveling to CR soon (first time) with friends...they made the arrangements and we're staying at the Rodeo. Their website says "no outside guests." I'm guessing that means they're not chica friendly...anyone have any experience with the Rodeo?

Also if it is as it seems what are my best options other than the obvious MP's? If I pick up a gal at the HDR do they have any short term options?

I can't answer you your question, but I know that the hotel is pretty far away from the center. The restaurant of the hotel has excellent food!
