Hi guys,
I'm planning a bachelor party in costa rica for about 8 guys. i was thinking of going to the pacific coast maybe an allinclusice resort. I have only been to SJO and i have no idea where to begin to look for the pacific. Any advise would help out . We obviously need a place where we can get easy acces to some entertainment. Please advise.

Others will chime in, but Im going to go out and say Jaco is probably your best bet, if it is the coast you want.

I personally found the place to be a bit overrated, but a group of 8 guys, with money, youd have some fun.

Do a search on Jaco, and youll find tons of results on here. Theirs a couple hotels that are favorable, and no all inclusive resorts are not a place you would want to really go.

I am going to say what a lot of others will say, if your planning on having a divorce party right after, have it anywhere in CR, If the intended bride finds out what your doing with all that money in CR, there will be no wedding.

While the Pacific coast is attractive for fishing, surfing and ocean kayaking, prostitution and party opportunities are for the most part
limited to Playa Jaco, about 45 minutes from San Jose.

You might want to divide your party trip between San Jose (sex, gambling, booze) and the beaches. Yes, Jaco has the Beatle Bar, Nacho Daddy's, Pancho Villa's and the Monkey Bar, but the beach is dirty and gray, it's hotter than two rats phucking on asphalt, and the girls tend to stick to the $100.00/hour price tag. Better Beaches are found to the south (Manuel Antonio) and up Guanacaste way (Tamarindo, Playas del Coco, Flamingo, Malpais). Prostitution is limited, but you'll find a place near Flamingo and a lot of independent action in Quepos/Manuel Antonio. Beach poon tends to be expensive.

I'd say stick to San Jose for the party and sex, then go to the beaches to recover in the sun and surf.
