Has anyone been frustrated lately with the Presidente not responding to reservation requests via e-mail? I sent Wendy and Maria my first e-mail 11 days ago seeking rooms for our group of nine. No response. Re-sent it a few days later. Still no response. I called and spoke with Wendy this past Monday. She stated she foud my e-mail and would immediately respond. She never did. Sent my 3rd e-mail with all the specifics and still no response. Guess I just wanted to vent. Wile Coyote

I got a quick response from the presidente last week, but I could not get any response from the Castillo where I had hoped to stay.

Check your email's SPAM or Junk Mail folder, it might have ended up in there.

Address your email to William, he response very fast. Rooms are hard to get at the Pres alot of Eco-tourists.

Yep, I had a couple of SL e-mails get trapped as spam. After I approved it, it took a day to pop up??

Wile, I received a prompt response. I addressed the reservation to Maria, however, William Vargas responded. Maybe their system was hacked and you have a carboard box next to Circus near Parque Morazan. Just kidding, Good Luck and take a deep breath, then try again. kenj8

Finally got things arranged. Thanks. We have to spend our last night at the SL instead of the Prez. I like both but haven't seen the new section yet at the SL so looking forward to it. Wile Coyote

This week I had a response in less than an hours. I sent a second e-mail and received the second reply in the same quick fashion.... One of the reason I stay at the Prez is because of the wonderful staff!!!!!
