For you fellow Boston travellers, I just priced out an April trip from Boston returning to Boston from San Jose. Spirit was $522 including taxes and was a total flying time through Ft Lauderdale if 11 hrs+. Delta was $598 through Atlanta with a flying time of 9hrs+. American was also $598 with a flying time of 7hrs+.

Just got an email from Tico Travel advertising a sale from MIA - SJO from 191 + tax for bookings after April 5th. I guess SPIRITs shaking things up for AA and TACA
