OK, Been on the grounds 2x fishing but never stayed there. Now I have a meeting to be held there in a few weeks, and company is picking up the tab for one night...

Question, not really a big Jaco fan, but considering staying an extra night and don't feel like picking up and moving out of Los Suenos. Did all the normal searches guys, read the web site for Mariott. Can anyone tell me 1st hand Is there or is there not a Beach to lay our on at the Los Suenos Mariott. Again been on the grounds saw the pool area, but Do not remember a beach.

Thanks!

I need a job with your company, putting you up at Los Suenos and all. Hope they allow for a generous entertainment expense account, with the gormet food and all in Jaco. It can be expensive even dining at the Y!!

I am pretty sure that there is a man - made beach there, seems like 4 acres maybe? If there had been a natural beach there before developement, they would have had a miserable time getting the concessions.. But anything is posible, one of the developers is friends with the president, I believe. Have fun...

I was thinking the same. Jaco is one of the FUGLIEST beaches I've ever seen.

There indeed is a beach. It's not manmade and yes it's worse than Jaco. It's a very rocky beach. You can lay out no problem, but if you want to go for a swim...you're better off heading to the pool.

Hey Dragon:

I just called Los Suenos, the white sand "beach" at the beach club, is man made. They brought in the white sand.... The swimming pool is the largest in the country...
