My last trip in October one of the Tica's I was with kept asking to remove the rubber. I kept saying no and she would get a pouty look and climb back on for awhile then stop pull up and ask again. You must mean coitus only and not bareback blow jobs. I’ve never had unsafe coitus with a working girl. Most of these women have given bareback blow jobs to hundreds, maybe thousands of men. Even if they don’t swallow, the danger of infection seems very high.

Fortunately, I prefer blow jobs anyway, so it’s no problem. I was having a threesome last November with 2 ladies from NYB. One was working the head and the other was on balls. The other day I was at the BM and happened to be at the same table as a Harvard educated MD. Per him it is easier to get infected by oral sex, because the gums tend to have more openings than the penis. Unless you have sores in your dick, the only place to enter is the pee hole. There can be micro-cuts on your penis, but that is not nearly as bad as the teeth/gums. Yes, vaginal fluids can contain the hiv virus. It has also been studied that if one is circumsized, that allows better protection against hiv.

Also from my Doctor friend......you can have a drop of blood on the table with hiv and let it dry. The environment will kill the hiv. Hiv is not a strong virus, outside of the body.

Now, here is the scary thing......that same drop of blood can contain hep C in it, and 10 years later, you can still get hep. C from that blood.

There are some good things that could convince a man to go bbfs....one is the difficulty of transmission.......that is assuming the chica is positive. Most aren't, unless you hang out on the streets, the crack ho's, the transgenders. There is some thought that the generation of the late 90's has been safe, that most arent hiv positive. Again, being circumsized is a plus. The length of the sexual encounter also matters, as would her viral load.....again, assuming she is positive.

Now, for the bad news. Assuming you bbfs your novia and your one year med checkup is due. You are awaiting your blood test results for std's. You live in some sort of fear until the Doctor tells you that everything is OK. Now, remember how you felt between when the blood is pulled and the time of the results. You may be paranoid and thinking to yourself that one session with your novia, without condom, isn't worth the anxiety. Just remember that feeling of helplessness and anxiety until you get back the results. Is it worth it? Is it worth not knowing if your bbfs session made the chica pregnant. There is just too much worrying to risk having your dick in a nice, warm chica, sans cover.

It's all a matter of degree, in my opinion. You can get HIV when in a monogamous relationship, if she turns out not to be monogamous. Bottom line: you're never sure, even in "stable" relationships.

So when do you and when don't you? Weigh the evidence. One girl in the States told me she hadn't in 3 years (bareback) and since then had an appendectomy where they do all tests, including Hep C. I told her I get checked and hadn't BB'd since the last. We seemed credible to each other and went for it.

I would like to add something that I've been thinking about the past few days and was going to start a thread regarding sexo sin condom with a working-chica.

Okay, take El Silencioso's figures above and think about how many Ticos have sexo with their novia/wife after she gets off work with the impression that most Ticos don't like using condoms. HOw high a risk factor do they have going bareback? I know a few Ticos who have working-novias and they go bareback without thinking twice. Is there a high rate of infection among Ticos? Also wondering if Ticos use condoms when they visit MP's after drinking all day.

Most guys will not have sex without a condom with chicas they've just recently met but after they get to know a chica better and feel comfortable with after several sessions they think, "it's okay because it's my favorita (insert name) and she's cool with me."

I would guess that there are many reasons and motivations why someone would go bareback.

And would assume the ILLUSION of a novia is high up on the list of reasons and motivations.
