Will this be a problem?
How good is their English?

Should I stick to the European girls?
I wish there was a FAQ or something.

Reversecowgirl,
Welcome to the board. Check out the newbies section, and a lot of your questions will be answered. After that, read the board, read some more, and then a little more. When you're finished with that, read the board.

Here's a FAQ thread:

Mucho Gusto

You will do ok....but the more you know the better your overall experience will be. It opens up a whole new world when you can communicate and joke with them in their language.

All the experienced girl will speak really good English. To find the newbie or diamond in the ruff you need to be able to speak Spanish…. Good incentive for trip two…

European girls? What European girls. Where?
LVSteve
PS: Don't worry about the spanish. You'll be fine.

After many visits, I still speak very little Spanish. The one area where I feel that you would benefit by learning before you go would be the numbers as related to cost of services. If you know how to offer 20,000 or 30,000 colones in Spanish, life will be easier. If I am in doubt, I will write the figure down for the girls.

Have a Great Day,

Dave

Usually the only language that you need is to show the color "blue". Its the same as showing "Green" here.

Like the others have said, one can certainly get by with out a lick of spanish but knowing at least some will improve your trip (and the more the better). It is never too late to learn. Bring a phrase book on the plane and you'll be surprised how much you can pick up. And then practive what you learn once you arrive so that it sticks. It may be just a few catch phrases like "hello, what's your name?", etc. which many of the girls will know in English anyway, but just showing you're making some effort to speak their language will be appreciated.

The only two Spanish words that you will ever need..

Coño & Diablo

But it is how you say them that counts the most....

EXAMPLE: When getting a CBJ …..,mummer the words Coño & Diablo softly as she sucks your rocks off and she will understand your pleasure.
Coño & Diablo….Oh Mi Mami Chula

..But in the same sense, if she quotes you an outlandish price of a cien….. …..Shout out as loud as you can so her amagias can hear you … No Cien UN-Hora
..Coño & Diablo...Ella will get the point...

Of course that is IMHO...:mrgreen::mrgreen:

Iggy… :P

YO son:
All you need is the word for money. Dinero, perhaps. Cien, NO.

Old Circus uses a bit of my heritage language from the Lakotas (Sioux to all of you movie buffs.)

I just impress them with my tribal linguistic skills and mouth out....."Gnaska Ha ! " (that's money or wampum for you less to know hombres). That get's their attention. Then I just chime in with gringo language of "$18 dollars, si?.... or 9,941 colonies, por favor?

Hell, works for some but I'll be damned if I can pull it off. Probably the reason I spend alot of time in my room alone. No one should have to go through such abuse as I do in the gulch. lol

Hope this helps.

YO Iqual: With all respects.

Toda my ass. Hell, at my age and discarded ugly body I just want to drop my little bitty load and pray that I wake up the next dia. But I do get your jest. Perhaps I should lower my offer since it is such a brief encounter. Couldn't be any worse than my luck so far.......yeah, right.

Pretty much what everyone else said. Just remember the name of the hotel you are in to tell the cabbie and stay off the streets at night. You will catch onto the rest.
