The flight from Los Angeles is a United flight and is the cheapest I found, but there are similar deals from both coasts on both United and US Airway flights. I only searched for a couple of minutes as I'm writing from the Hotel Presidente and I have others to do.

Just checked out the sale. I found multpiple opportunities to fly Direct from Phoenix for $307 RT including taxes. My biggest problem is trying to decide how many trips I want to book?

Such Choices?

depending on how far out you can book, try booking at least two trips at the low prices.

year last, in october, I was able to book January and May trips

Checking Delta's website I see they have lowered their fares again to $547 RT including all fees and taxes from ATL to SJO in November.

Their flights look only 40 to 50 percent full.

Using Orbitz I found the flights to be priced $18 more.

UPDATE
The fare is back up to $607 as of Oct. 17th.
Missed the deal.

Go for the cheap prices guys. The more flexible you are with the dates, the cheaper it gets. Last year the prices stayed high. As soon as I can get a flight below $500 from LAX, I will book for Summer. I'm heading over between Xmas and New years. I paid $650 for exact dates. I monitor Travelocity and Tico travel the most.

Viper,

I did a search on US Airways on Sunday and found multiple direct flights ranging from $307 (Taxes included). I snoozed and ran another search yesterday and most of them were gone. Hope they resurface again.

US Airways has always been hard to nail down. American runs specials for the same prices but you have to fly thru Dallas.

Do you live in PHX?
