I stayed there 2 nights in August then 1 more night later that week. I had a couple of beefs with them. The first one wasn't really a beef but kind of amusing. The bed in the rooms slide across the room when your doing it. One time we ended up across the room. We'd be in the hallway if the door didn't get in the way. I was in 3 different rooms during my stay and 2 out of 3 beds were like that. I remember somebody else mention it too. The second one was that I reserved a 2nd floor room with A/C but when I came back from the beach they put me in this stuffy old room with no A/C. But they moved me to a bigger room with A/C and asked me to pay the difference.

Castillo is a good monger hotel at a reasonable price. But it's not great if you want to hang out there, SL is much better for that.
