Is this in the new wing?....on 2nd floor? Any comments appreciated. I wanted the Illusion, but it is not available.

It's in the new wing. I haven't stayed in that one, but all the new rooms are pretty sweet.

Vista Del Sol is on the 2nd floor in the new wing. Nice room. No worries (as long as RuffNutz and Company aren't staying in the Penthouse)! :o :P
