I think so, yes. The comments that I have heard from the hard core slutty looking girls is,"Look at her, you like her? She is cheap, give her $20, she will take it." Usually this is said about Ticas dressed like regular girls. I guess I have a dress code for my particular profession. I need to wear a shirt and tie everyday, very,very few exceptions. I think its more of a "if you have it, show it" type thing. Obviously if you have small boobs, little/no ass, its pointless to go for the slutty in your face look.

Alot of the Colombians have full curves, nice D cups, small waste and nice curvy ass, so it makes sense for them to show that off, let us see what we can have and go from there. Their body is talking because it has what alot of guys want.

On the other hand alot of the smaller proportioned girls IMO should go for a different look instead of trying to follow suit with girls who obviously have something they dont.

The innocent casual look, kind of like a college student, or typical teenager would wear. Show off a bit, like low cut shirt, or buttons undone, maybe some low waste jeans, but dont overdo it. Basically wear what the "skanks" wear in high school.
