Top hotels usually answer the same day or latest early the next day. It seems that Hotel M is in no hurry or doesn't check mails sent through their website.

I would suggest you try a unique experience at hotel zona blue. i stayed there a few weeks ago and it was a great time.

they only have 4 large suites with its own sauna and steam so you pretty much have the run of the place... $20 for unlimited sessions is also a nice perk :wink:
