The following was posted by a gentleman using the handle "Chocha Monger" in a different monger's site. It is something that hit me as very true and perhaps something we should keep in mind as we tread through the Costa Rican venues:

1. Whores belong in wh*rehouses not in your home. Sleeping with whores is not just dangerous it's stupid. Send whores on their way after they've done their job.

2. Never give a whore your money before you get the honey. That includes rescuing whores from their place of duty, the wh*rehouse, based on any of their promises or plain altruism. (I reach for my handkerchief to dab my eyes as I write this.)

3. Gentlemen should never fight over whores, though this might flatter the whores it is sometimes fatal for the gentlemen.

4. No matter how many times or how many whores tell you that you're handsome, charming, young, muscular, witty, well hung; that you Phuck hard strong and long like a wild weasel etc. it's all lies to make you give them that hard currency in your pocket.

5. Don't sweat it, there are more whores where the last ones came from.

6. Don't love whores or marry them; if you had a good upbringing you should know that already.

If your objection to the information being available to newbies to help them avoid some of the pitfalls in paradise is because of the word whore used to describe the ladies that is very easy to remedy.

Choose which euphemism works best for you. Lady of the evening, puta, sex worker, P4P girl, courtesan, member of the world oldest profession, prostitute, etc.

The label is unimportant what is important is the advice.

Found it interesting that whatever site Muffdiver found that on their filter allowed use of whore but filtered wh*rehouse

These are very true words and I almost always follow them. I very rarely bring a provider back to my place unless I know them from repeat business.I to would use anouther word to decribe the ladies but the advice is right on. rbc100

I would agree with about a third to half of these 'commandments.' Numbers 3, and 5 are sensible enough. Number 6 is probably a good rule for most mongers to live by. In fact, I suppose I would agree that 50% of mongers should even follow all these rules without exception.

One problem I have with this post is its 'one size fits all' approach. Some guys really like TLN, and that's their own business. But the bigger problem I have with it is the 'whores are subhuman' tone. I don't think any monger HAS to feel anything but lust if he doesn't want to. He doesn't have to like these women (or any women, for that matter). There is no requirement that any monger feel anything more for his prostitutes than he would for a blow up doll or one of those fake pussys you can find on porn sites.

It's okay with me if some guys need to look down on the women they have sex with. It's not my business. But I refuse to feel that way myself. I have made a point of getting to know many of these girls. I find it interesting and I enjoy being considered a 'friend' by a few of them. I've been ripped off, lied to, and all that, certainly. But I have been ripped off and lied to by my own brother, for that matter. Sure, it's true you can choose your 'whores' but you can't choose your family.' Equally true that you can choose not to have ANYTHING to do with them. If you look at #6, you can extend that bit of homespun wisdom to say have NOTHING to do with them, not just not to marry or fall in love.

In my year and a half living here in San Jose I have met lots of mongers and lots of 'whores.' Among the mongers are some I consider worth knowing and some I don't. I respect some and don't respect some others. Same goes for the prostitutes.

For me there's more to a woman than just her body and BJ technique. The six commandments are fine for those who disagree. They are a good set of guidelines for men who love women TOO much as well. For those who tend to fall in love with every woman they meet, anything that keeps up some defenses, even extreme mysogyny, is probably a good thing.

So in conclusion, your honor... I don't find these commandments particularly useful to my own situation, but like the TEN commandments, they are a useful set of laws for some people. That's another set where I pick and choose. What's that commandment about adultery and wasn't there one about coveting your neighbor's wife?

Very well stated, I agree whole-heartedly. The sad things is that there are guys who really feel that way and see the chicas as something they can "use and throw away".
