"Rudo" is a word commonly used for "rough" in Spanish. You could try "Me gusta el sexo rudo" on a chica and see how she responds. "Hazlo duro!" is a common term for "phuck me hard".

Some chicas like it hard and some don't. You just gotta ask and/or experiment with them. The good news is that there are so damn many of them that if you keep trying you'll almost certainly find one that will accomodate you.
