Some of you will remember there was a thread, in late December early January, about the effect that the new immigration law would have on "perpetual tourists". At that time I posted this:

This morning in the Tico Times there was an article that President Arias

...plans to send a bill to the Legislative Assembly that would prevent the new Immigration Law from taking effect in August and delay it for at least a year.


Sometimes taking a wait and see approach is the wisest choice.
