hears cases every week from american/ foreign men who have moved to
costa rica and had there bank account cleared out by their
new tica wife or girlfreind.

they exchange stories in the beauty parlors guys..........

if they can't be trusted with the little stuff we lock up-listerine, dental floss,
watch out for your bank checks, home furniture, computer equipment etc..... and watch out if she wears your size clothes too

But hell Guys, i've heard that you can get robbed at gunpoint
right in your hotel in brazil and they even take the clothes off your back and your underwear( true story)-we've got it easy here.

All I can say is that I've been to Brazil mant times and have never encountered robbery or violence. Hell, I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and every day the newspaper carries a story of someone being robbed at gun point in their rooms or while walking on the beach. That does not make CR or MB anymore dangerous than any other resort or vacation area.

i tried to cancel that part on brazil
but it was after the 20 min gap- i don't like to
promote unwarranted fear; actually
my attempt was that even though latin countries aren't as safe
as america in general (except bad parts of our populated states)
costa rica seems like one of the safer ones. The people
prefer to live in peace; would rather put there money into
education and healthcare instead of military
