This is too freaking funny. I took a chica back to my room last night for my final bit of fun in CR and when I went to brush my teeth this morning I realized she stole my freaking toothpaste. The funny part is it was one of those little tubes of Crest they give you at the dentists office and it was about half used. (I like them for travel because they are small.) We're talking about a 50 cent tube of toothpaste here. This has to be one of the most rediculous things I chica has ever stolen. Glad she left the $500 digital camera alone.

Chicas will take almost any kind of cheap toiletries. I think they rationalize that unlike taking money or a camera it is not stealing.

Observation:

I do not know how well this is grounded in fact but I have found that the girls treat any toiletries left in the bathroom as community property. Do not leave your toothbrush for they will use it. I don't think it's a matter of being dishonest. For the moment they are your girlfriend and assume all the rights of a girlfriend. An example (yes not a very good one) would be me going home with a few bars of soap from the Del Rey. Please do not tell the Del Rey I have been taking their soap they will charge back to my credit card.

Yah...you can't trust any of them. Last trip my novia took the little blue plastic cap that covers the water reservoir on my CPAP machine.

I think Irish hit the nail on the head. They do not see little things as stealing. She most likley thought it came with the room.

When I had two in a room in PI they unrolled 1/2 the roll of toilet paper. 1/2 for each. I bought them both a tub of toothpaste. Trying to get them to put much on the brush was a different matter.

I have never had a problem with any of the girls in my room. Normally on the last morning of my trip I give all the little extras I have to the Chica when she leaves. That includes extra tooth brushes, condoms and anything else I've brought just for the trip. Thats another good way not to have things in my bags for the ATF people to rummage through.

That said.... I always keep my guard up and try to keep things of value locked up!

I guess I've been extremely lucky. After 15 trips, I've never had anything stolen from me. I always take the usual precautions, but.... nothing yet!
I suppose there's always a 1st ..... but hopefully not!

maybe it was the same chica that I wrote about some time ago, that stole my half empty bottle of Listerine mouthwash. If it was...this chica is going to have the sweetest smelling breath in CR. Hey if it is,maybe we can catch her by smelling all the chicas'breaths at the DR. lol
