As many of you know, I am one of the owners of the Horseshoe. First of all, I like to tell you that we really appreciate the feedback we get on Costa Rica Ticas.
I’ll be the first to say that being a casino owner in Costa Rica is not what I ever imagined. Every day is a new adventure and every day brings new and unique problems. Between dealing with employee issues, construction problems and trying to decipher the ever-changing laws, it can be very, very trying.
We do everything we possibly can to keep up with our motto, “the friendliest casino in Costa Rica†and I assure you, we do not condone attitudes of any kind. We want our players to have a great experience, but we also realize that sometimes players lose and when they do, they get upset and they may look for someone to be angry at.
Our ownership group is going to have a conference call today addressing many issues, including this one. We want you all to have a great experience at the Horseshoe and if for any reason you feel you were not treated in a manner that you were happy with, please let me know immediately.
