Well I never found out what the CRT was, nor did I ever ask for the CRT rate. I just got the rate he gave me which was very good.

Yeah if definitely quiets down, but I been down at all hours of the night and there is still stuff going on. I think it starts to really quiet down around 4. But on my last night, I was staying at the DR and I had to check out at 5 and there were still people drinking, playing poker and girls sitting around.
