I would be very careful offering discounts to bring in people.. then all you get are the lower end of the client base.. whos only loyal to the how much of a discount can i get..
these are usually the ones that travel 7 miles to save 8 cents on the gallon.. or sit with the sunday new york times and clip out discount coupons..
there is nothing wrong with that.. but are these the kinds of guys you want as clients..
I would reward loyalty though and offer discounts for repeat business..

Great advice Matt. Just check with Eddy @ ZB and Bill @ SL so they can give you the info how offering a CRT discount has attracted "those kind of guys"

and how their business has suffered as a result.

Lol ID,
Bill and Eddie sure are suffering from all the trashy low end clientele the discounts brought in. Having met Matt and discussed his plans, I anticipate him being just as "dumb" as those other two. He is a sharp guy trying hard to build a good place and rep.

Do I detect a little facetiousness in your responses?
