The fact is, YMMY stated that if even one member asked him to stop posting, he said he wound. That struck me as such a bizzar, dramatic, self centered comment that I decided to ask him to stop posting. So, I am the culprite. As I explained to him via e-mail, it was done very toungue in cheeck. I should also state that this was on the context of perhaps ten back and forth PMs. So, for the record, I am the responsible party, but it was not due to disliking his posts, it was a playful challenge which he could have easily retracted. I have to give him "props" for not "outing" me about this, but thought I would set the record staight.

My wingman called me today and said we should stay at the sleep Inn. His buddy came back from CR and told him that he only paid a $10 chica fee. I paid $25 in Nov and have not heard of any changes. I think this guy lied, but not positive. Anyone hear of a fee change?

According to Barry Cohen all you have to do is follow his lead which he explained as:



Follow that formula and you get a one time $25.00 guest fee. Thats a hell of deal, he says he stayed 10 nights so it came out to $2.50 a night.

I would gladly pay a one time fee. I'm just wondering if the length of his stay had much to do with it. I'm only staying in town 2 or 3 nights this trip. Might not be long enough to get a deal. Anyone else checked into this yet?

The Sleep in was a very nice Hotel. I would return if it was guest friendly.

Hey PacoLoco: I tried that E-Mail but that is the US corporate link/e-mail. They sent me a rate but I do not think they knew what I meant when I asked them about an additional guest. They quoted $75 single rate $80 double rate.

I'd like to try this place because it looks nice and the location is great. If they don't hassle you it could be a great alternative.

Hey I just got a great idea. Since Kamur seems to have finally cleared up the single/double issue by now,perhaps we can do the same thing with the Sleep Inn. They advertise a single rate of $75 and a double rate of $80. No where does it say that the second person in the room has to be the same one each day. (or for that matter,each hour) Perhaps one of our more persuasive members could give that idea a shot. On the registration form,you could list the guest's name as (like in a sports trade) person to be named later.
