im coming to the gulch in april, and i was wondering what my options are for cheap hotels in the area. i speak some spanish, and usually stay in really cheap places like hostles, so i dont really need air conditioning and exrtra luxuries. although there are a few things that I would need from a hotel like a an OK bed with clean sheets, a fan, a window, a shower+bathroom, and little to no "chica fee"
im hoping i could get this for something like $10-$25 a night.
any suggustions?

$10 and close enough to walk during the day and early evening. Take a cab at night of course.
