I tried to confirm my reservation for an already paid for flight from SJ to Carrillo on Wednesday 12/7 but all of Sansa's phone numbers from their own site are inoperable. Also, I don't even see Carrillo listed as a destination any longer. Anybody got the inside scoop on this one?

tried calling sansa all day yesterday to get clarification on ticket rules (i.e., whether change fees applied if i moved my flight to a day earlier) and had no luck getting through. booked it through the internet. if they want to cut back on phone lines, fine; hopefully they will not take any maintenance shortcuts.

I just booked a seat on Sansa (about 5 mins ago) for a flight in Feb for my novia. Booked it on www.flysansa.com . Had no problems, whatsoever.
