Just wanted to throw up a topic/reminder that this year, Holy Week and Easter are early. Holy Week begins on Sunday, March 20th and runs through Easter on Sunday, March 27th. The Costa Rican government is giving ALL government employees off the ENTIRE week. Tourist areas will be jam packed with locals and our favorite haunts will be slow.

So keep this in mind if you are thinking of coming the last week of March...
