Can anyone offer information on what the weather would/should be like?
will be headed back down south during that time.

In the central valley where San Jose is (at 3,500 feet), it should be nice, with the usual potholes and bus fumes- - sunny days, dry, temperate, maybe a light jacket at night.

In Jaco (at sea level), it should be the usual hot, humid ..... but less so after dark.

Dry season is Nov-March (or April sometimes). It hardly ever rains.

The easiest job in the world is being the weather man in San Jose.

There's a dry season forecast, and a rainy season forecast. Same high temp, same low temp, same chance of rain ... for 6 months in a row.
