Hello my fellow mongers.... So it's been years since I've been on this forum. As sad as I am to admit that I'm happy to report that after a 6 year CR hiatus I'll be returning to the ol stomping grounds on March 24th. I know most of you do not know me. I'm really curious to know if anyone may remember me. I know my good friend Orange is on here often and he may actually read this. Hi Orange!! I used to play poker often with a bunch of the cats that were on here, even won an anniversary tournament at a hotel in San Pedro, sorry don't remember the name of it. Anyway. Even though I'm returning but only for a week I hope to make my visit great. I do have to visit family and stuff like that. After all I am a Tico born in the US. As you can imagine by user name. I feel like I have to relearn the town and it's things. I'll be reading up to see what's up. If you're in town I hope to be able to meet up with a fellow CRTer. Peace.

Blast from the past.

Good to hear you are going back. Unfortunately, I don't go as often as I did in the past, only twice a year now. It's a little different than before (chicas seem more hardcore, more business less fun), but still can have a great time. It's what you make of it.

If you want to play cards, they have poker at the Del Rey poker room daily, starts around 2pm.

Enjoy it.

Mona Lisa poker room is (was?) under renovation, so Dave (who runs it) moved the game to Del Rey. Not sure if they moved it back.

I think there may still have a game at the Radisson, but not sure.

And then Fiesta Casino on the way to the airport used to have poker and tourneys, don't know if they still do.
