Hola I will be flying out of Houston and arriving at sjo at midnight on the 21st. I think I will be staying at SL but haven't booked anything but flight so far. I just joined the VIP part a couple days ago and have been reading as much as I can.

This was a last minute "Phuck it" trip idea when I got a flight for $330. I have read and seen a lot of good reviews about jaco. I don't know which would be better for a first timer. Jaco or stay in SJ and visit HDR, zona 2 etc I like beaches but Jaco didn't look like the carribean so unless the women are just that much sexier down there I think for such a short trip SJ might be a better option. I'm open to suggestions from the pros though. I would rather play with 10's and pay a little extra than be on the cheap and have quanity.

Jaco definitely. But make up yer mind before you go. It can be hard getting rooms at the last minute.

Thanks for the heads up. I like the way Hotel nine looks and from my research seems to be guest friendly.

Since I will be getting in at midnight should I stay one night in SJ or is it ok to travel in the middle of the night? Hell will anyone even pick you up that late?

If you're staying at the Hotel 9 in Jaco you might be better off staying at the Dunn Inn in San Jose since they are the same owners. Rigo the driver can take you from Sjo to Jaco the next morning. You can make arrangements to have him pick you up at the airport also. Late is no problem. The last time I visited I got there at 11pm and still managed to knock off two before I went to bed.

Pura Vida transport will pick you up at any time. He likes late pickups because no traffic

Thanks for all the tips fellas. Looks like I might have to stay at crocs since my options are limited on such a short notice.

If anyone knows of a place that is just as nice that has 2 person jaccuizs in the room I would be willing to do up to 300 a night. Bucket list item... I liked the oceano but see they are not chica friendly :(
