I know Bill and the Sportsmans always does a good job and has the PPV events, but is anything special planned for the biggest boxing event in history on May 2nd?

Yes "free entry" 200 person limit as always plus the Kentucky Derby around 4:30 the same day :D

I wouldn't go that far. I would say quite a few fights have been 'bigger', such as...

Ali vs Frazier (the 'thrilla in Manila')
Ali vs Foreman (the 'rumble in the jungle')
Ray Leonard vs Marvin Hagler
Ray Leonard vs Tommy Hearns
Marvin Hagler vs Tommy Hearns

now THOSE were fights :!: :)

I'm hoping to see the ring doctor looking down at Mayweather and asking "Son, what is your name? Do you know what day it is?" :P Followed by "You got knocked the Phuck out!"

Gringotim ... I am with you as far as the fight itself. I have probably seen better fights on ESPN for free than this fight will produce with Mayweathers typical stay outside and run style of boxing.

I am referring to the largest purse in boxing history and the rooms in my hometown Vegas are going for astronomical amounts and the strip will be packed. This is why I will be in CR at Sportsman's enjoying some food and tasty beverages for the fight and a nice lady for dessert.

When betting first opened on the fight, the odds of a draw were 22-1. Apparently that line has gone down to 8-1. A draw does make sense, since the rematch would most likely generate an even bigger payday for those involved.

Here's a question for you...

Who is/was more sleezy...Don King or Bob Arum :?:
