Also what would be better Ramada or Rivas for Ticas and other activites.

Are there any Ticas available in San Juan Del Sur

On the main road along the beach

Rivas has ONE decent hotel in the center of town right by the park/church. Watched a lunar eclipse over that church one night...neat memory. Spent three days in Rivas and not much to do outside a trip to the volcano in the lake. There were girls around the park and guys working to pimp them out when I was there but this is about 6 years ago.

San Juan Del Sur is much more enjoyable, more places to stay and more places to eat. I wasn't in the market on that trip but did see some girls that I thought were available in a bar but don't ask me the name...again, just too long ago. I think you would enjoy San Juan Del Sur more.
