Will be traveling with my 2 teenage daughters. I need a suggestion for a "nice" hotel fairly near the airport. I really would rather not stay in one of the "chain" hotels but something nicer and maybe more boutiqueish. $$$ is not an issue. Thx.

If your girls are under 18, you'd be wise to bring certified copies of their birth certificates showing you to be their father.

In CR, you can't be too careful about suspicious cops or suspicious hotel employees looking for consideration to avoid an unfounded accusation.

They're actually 18 and 21.

Adventure inn is the best priced outside of Cariari. Near the Hard Rock Cafe
