A " exit Fee " once you arrive could bring is some money. Don't pay it,and they fly to where ever they want and kick you off

of maybe a "1/2 way to destination fee " like once half way on your flight ( in miles regardless if the plane is in the air or not) there is addition fee or you have to get off the plane and recheck and go through anther TSA check.-- with the exit fee be applied and do not forget the parachute fee.

or maybe a fee for the same seat for the entire flight, other wise at some point ever one who has not paid the fee has to move to a new seat. -- and that seat may be on anther plane going some where else, and of course they can collect the Exit fee for this also. and the parachute fee.
