Myself and wingman were both asked for it at the Copa desk upon check in for our flight last week... Seriously doubt you can slide by without it anymore..

Yeah I know. COPA/Aerorepublica don't want to get stuck paying the freight for someone who has been refused entry to Costa Rica. And paisas can be very anal about rules and regulations. :wink:

A little out of topic, does anyone know if Panama also requires the yellow fever shot in order to return to Panama from Colombia? My assumption would be no.

The answer is yes. Panama requires proof of innoculation when arriving from a country with yellow fever risk. (Colombia is one of them.) Check out the CDC link: http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/panama.aspx
