Yea the jury is WAY out on Thigpen. Yes, his mobility is very good, but that usually leads to injuries!! Maybe he will learn how to throw the ball to Brandon Marshall, because Henne sure couldn't. Sure looks like they are staring at 9-7, and even that may be optimistic with late season roadies to Foxboro and the MeadowDump.

Bears on a short week on Thurs night. Maybe Cutler will throw a Pic 6 or two!!

Mediocrity, that has become our plight pretty much since Marino hung up the cleats. And unfortunately, mediocrity has been on the plus side compared to the Saban/ Cameron era!!! Where do you start with this team??? NO QBs, Pennington is toast, Henne never was, and Thigpen is now like 1-11 as a starter??? Combine that with an OC that calls 6 running plays!?!?! Are you kidding me, 6 running plays for your RBs? Add in the adding injury list and it leads to despair in Dolphin land yet again.

Now that Parcells is history, how can Sparano feel safe? Even with his boy Ireland running the show. If it were me, I'd be making a call to Cowher's peeps to gauge his interest level.

Pretty on target and I agree with your analysis as I have monitoring this team since I relocated here in S FL in 1997. A MAJOR mistake was made pinning hopes on Pennington after the Jets decided to give up on him.

Pennington and his noodle-arm lasted only two plays before he suffered yet another season-ending injury. What were the Dolphins thinking?
