Just checked for my sept and oct. tickets both are 516 all Phuck u fees included, probably gonna go ahead and pull the trigger, doesn't look better down the road. Looks like the 500 is the old 300 at delta. It is worth the extra $ to not be inconvienced on my vacation. It looks like 500 or more to visit my favorite place on earth :D And 911 I cant wait for a little bromance, It has been to long since we were at that god for saken place, sex with beautiful girls, forced to eat ceviche and other nasty things, just come to terms the place sux, do you think they bought that?

I am starting to see the fairs drop a little, but as stated Delta is going to one flight to paradise a day so the old supply and demand kick in. Continental has some decent fairs from columbia, but I will stick with Delta. There is something about a non stop flight I love. No more spirit for me  unless I get broke  I think in flights you get what you pay for, also the times are terrible on most of the bargin flights.

I checked travelocity for like 2 weeks and finally bought a ticket. $750 to Pensacola, Fla. And it wasn't showing any lower for September, Oct, or November for me. I was pretty surprised I couldn't find any cheaper no matter what dates I entered.

I never buy a ticket on Fri. Sat. or Sun. always through the roof,I quess they know we are home on the weekend so they raise the prices sometimes. I think if you complain on Monday they will match the lower price at least Delta does. :P

It was strange this time. I have checked on various days of the week while looking. I've always heard Tuesdays or Wednesdays are good. I also put in dates travelling all days throughout the week and never could get lower. And I'm sitting in a middle seat that doesn't exactly make me happy. But what the hell, it's not a long flight.

If you get to the airport early you can usually get a exit row seat :D man even on a short flight this is nice for me at 6 ft 2. They have to be looking at you to give you a exit row seat. I wont pay for a seat, hell they wanted 150 dollars to upgrade to business class, that is insane, 150 bucks for a nice seat and great food ,drinks and service, ah put me down for the upgrade please.

I'm 6'2" also and get really cramped and closed in on the window or in the middle. My mom uses a cane. I thought about taking one of her extras just for travelling and see what kind of perks I could get... :D I will definitely try for that exit row seat.

If you are trying for an exit row seat I would lose the cane.

"Disabled will usually get you an aisle at the bulkhead (maybe that's good enough), but will disqualify you for the exit row."

came back from SJ on a CO flight to IAH on time, and that's all they had in the exist rows, old and Crippled ladies, had to be helped in and out of the seats, could not even carry there own purses- And on top of it, they asked other passengers to change seats, so the old ladies could sit there . 6 of them, no way they even unbuckle there seat belts, let alone open the door.. Told my wing man, any problem and "were boned"

$642 from DFW on American direct both ways. Of course it briefly dropped to $542 on a Monday after I bought it late Saturday night. Monday & Tuesday appear to be the best days to buy if your not getting into that 28 day window. A friend of mine that works the Delta counter said its all about the markets served, and Dallas & Houston are very popular business destinations these days so they can charge more than they can for departures from further north.

since on anther the trip they threatened to throw me off for pointing out other anther problems, I learned to keep my mouth closed. But I did blow up at them in Panama after the lady said something really dumb to me and 6 other guys, all of who were on there way to the big sand box for more fun and games.. I think she knew what she said was really dumb the moment she said it, so she just looked down and took it. But I will admit the next leg of my flight to IAH every one the plane was really nice to me and the one guy who did not take off out of the airport running. They had a special rep. waiting for him when we landed at IAH and took him to a plane they held for maybe 30 minutes, so he could get home to see his mother before he reported in to catch a flight back to some where less fun the MDE. (That's was nice of them.)
