Just curious, when I was down last month I was talking with a cab driver, he (hangs outside the Presidente,) I've know him for about 10 years. He said the Presidente has a new chica fee, If I remember correctly he said is was, 22 or 25$. Maybe someone can verify???
He also said they were were getting more. (I don't know what the correct adjective would be?) picky, pissy, selective, trying to discourage this activity about letting chicas in.??? Change in policy??
When I was down in early March, we had lunch in the Presidente, mid Sunday afternoon, I was talking with the waiter, he said the hotel was less than half full.

Just a side note, my last 5 trips I've stayed at the Sportsman, Amistad, Crown Plaza.
If I were to rate them:
Amistad, number one , Matt is great guy. good location Matt goes the extra mile, Rooms I had were great noise was never a problem for me.
Sportsman number two, just because of its convenience and location. I found the owner to be kind of aloof, don't care attitude. Just my opinion, observation. Not necessarrily accurate.
Crown Plaza, great place, luxuary accomandations, just a pain in the ass getting around, if you don't drive. Had my friend who lives in S.J. do the driving.
