...And would somebody please take over the Hotel Vesuvio and do right by it...and us? A reasonable venue in a great location, totally wasted (at least we've had no good reports under its present management).

I will do it....
Step 1 ... sell 10,000 shares of Nhhank Co. Inc. LLC. Ltd
Can I borough $39 so I can buy and add for the IPO
Step 2.... sit back and wait for the plata to roll in :D
Step 3... buy the place... change nothing
Step 4.... sit around drinking beers and live off the profits
Tried and true method can't go wrong... no strings .. can't fail

I understand par value of Nhhank Co. Inc. LLC Ltd. is 1 colon per share. Somebody loan him $20 so he can get his grand plan rollin'?

I have talked to the owner of the Sportman's Lodge and he says that San Jose is badly in need of hotel rooms. Apparently they are under demand by a couple thousand rooms. Find a small hotel and cater to the mongering crowd. That seems to be a business model that works.

The CEO of Nhhank Co. Inc. LLC Ltd already got $20 from me by rigging the 20,000 member contest. All he did was drink it away. Invest in Imperial, its bound to go up every time Nhhank comes to town.

Simpler, they may just want men to think they are as perfect as they want to appear to them, trying to hide what they consider to be the ugly truth about themselves. And I may be reading more into it than is there, but I do believe they consider the basis of the lies to be justified."

Renting to retired Americans or Europeans is not a bad business, provided you have the landlord mentality to deal with stopped up toilets, etc. But you need to be in the deal at the right price. Generally, a lot of locals know how to and will eagerly game the system.
