There has been alot of talk about most of the online sports books shutting down due to the new US laws over the last few years.....

BUT, when in San Jose, what Casino's now have the best sports books that you could actually go watch and wager on games?

Also, what bank in the area would you take your winnings to deposit in an account that you could then access in the states?

its sounds like you are more than 100 or 200 a play ...player and really the only 2 places i have placed wagers at were the morazan hotel (john and 2 employees run the book ....they take most action ...i would guess they would take a 1000 play but who makes that type of play anymore ???also i did see Bill take a 1000 2nd half play on the total of a nfl play....i ask for the total right after the guy made the play ,,,thinking he would move the line lower since I know he is stuck with one play for a 1100...he left it the same ..so I didnt play it ...total was 28 and it ended with 10 points scored in the 2nd half...but what I and you will find is Bill is in this as a part timer meaning he dosnt set up at a exact time or is on a schedule with the games ...in fact I felt like I was lucky to get a play in with him and then again you need to find him to caqsh the ticket ..
Hey ,he is busy running a hotel ...but either do it 100% or dont do it at all...you will find the morazan handles the book like a bussiness and you wont get shut out....i go every year to bet the ncaa hoops (i get in on the 17th) i am mostly a 100 a game player ...i wont get killed or make a killing but I do ok on betting 1st and 2nd half totals....if you follow the CRT handicapper you can make some money going the other way...he stinks in hoops ....dont trust his stats as he pads them !!!! (I feel like I am the only person on this site that follows his stats and yes he pads them )

The SL is a good place to bet and watch the games with satellite coverage, on a lot of different TVs so you can watch most any game you want.Bill, the owner, has several wagering outlets ,so I'm sure he can take most all the action you want to give him.

Also the Colonial (upstairs) is a comfortable place to watch with several tVs all with satellite coverage. There is a small room next to the mens room where there is someone that can take your action.

I believe the Morazan will take up to a $3,000 bet. I recall seeing a sign stating that when I was there for the Superbowl.

I concur with VB...the Colonial is, or at least was, a great place to watch a game.

Good info., I always wondered why noone has an all out sports book with tons of tTV and a plush sitting area. Would great to have some Ticas hanging around too.

Personally I can do without the chicas hanging around.I'd rather have a comfortable place that will GUARANTEE I will win.

Both the HDR and Colonial had sports books until the San Jose municipal officials closed them down on Super Bowl Sunday 2004. Strangely they left the Morazan alone.

If u bet with John on a night game and you are leaving the next morning--he'll tell you he stays open until the game is finished but that's BS. Iif he's not working late--which is never--his agents will not be there for the finish. So then you are stuck with a winning ticket on the airplane. Mentioned this to him last time and he said it wasn't true. Trust me, he's a sneak, knows this trick, and this is true.
