Just Learning The Gulch!

I have used the search feature to try to learn about Hotel M and Club M. Came up with nothing. Does anybody have any info on it? It looks like a great place to stay, but I am not sure what the membership does for you or if it really offers much more than a cheaper place. Any thoughts appreciated.
