I just want to remind everyone about the great hospitality at Zona Blue. Eddie, Isabel and Eduardo are the greatest hosts in San Jose. All the girls are great! My girlfriend and I were ther for a week around the 4th of July and we could not of had a better time. Even with the city of San Jose shutting off the water, the staff made sure everyone was taken care of. The parties in the new bar were great.

Zona Blue is the only place we want to stay when we come to Costa Rica.

How much is the cover charge these days? I believe it was $ 10.00 recently. Is that good for the 2 beers as well ?

You mean non-existent cover charge? Rumor has it that it isn't worth anything since it is free to get in. However, I have it on excellent authority that they charge you for drinks.

Of course they charge for drinks.......but there is no cover charge. The price for sessions is reasonable as is. Eddie has to keep the lights on some how. The new bar is great fun!

Nick,
Just out of curiosity, are you the fellow who was there with his girlfriend and his son on July 4? Did your son happen to make a rather serious 'proposal' to a renowned ZB girl? Yikes!

Ciaociao

I tried to get in with my $ 10 .00 but a police officer said they were closed and to never come back because they were going out of business. I talked to a guy said his name was Tico Frank and we went and had a beer to bad about this place guess they should have stayed in New York. Does not look earth quake proof 1 little jiggle and that place will colapse. Will update tomorrow. Talked with Vegas Tom and he said the girls were going to work at New fantasy.

Thanks Harlo for that "Man On The Street" report. As always hard hitting, balanced, and spot on accurate. When you grow up (professionally speaking) you could work at Fox News Network. Tell Bill Elroy sayz Da Ha, he'll know what ya mean.

For the girls. One moment please, I thought that was what the orphanage fund was for. Let's organize a single relief program and hire Ollie Norte and his admin asst Jessica something to manage same.

Anyone besides me unload and load a plane or two hundred in bound from Texas with Iranian Funded Arms then reload from Colombias two major exports; "pepsi" and girls
