Gee, I don't see any problem in finding a GFE in the HDR.
That is if you are refering to a GFE as defined in the monger sence.
In general, a GFE refers to an expected menu & level of services.
These would include:

Naykid (sin ropa)
DFK (deep french kissing)
Touching allowed (everywhere!)
DATY (Going down on her)
BJ (Her going down on you! Covered or not upon negotiation)
Multiple positions

Extras may be available on request. More $ may be required.

Personally I always demand a GFE (in the monger sense) (& multiple hours to enjoy it!) from my girls.

Now, if what you are enquiring about is an emotional connection with one of the chicas, the HDR is probably as good as any place. At least there are a large number of girls to choose from so the odds of finding what you like are probably better.

On the down side, the HDR can be a bit of a meat market with a lot of the girls wanting a quick score. With that in mind, some of the smaller, less hectic locations may fare better. At the Sportsmen's Lodge, Gardens, NY Bar, Hotel Morazon among others you can usually find working girls. The number of girls will be smaller; maybe only one or two or maybe none depending on the time of day. But the atmosphere is (usually!) much more tranquillo so it is easier to interact with the girls to possibly connect.

Keep in mind that you will be paying her to be your girlfriend by the hour. This is her job. It is how she supports herself (& probably her k*ds). Don't go in expecting anything more.
