see what happens if you have a Ch*ld here.
A guy in Jaco admitted that he left DR for CR, because of a K*D and that they were hassling him for support.
I would suspect that if someone named a gringo the father of her K*D, in most cases he shouldn't/wouldn't be surprised, he'd have time to react with his advanced warning/knowledge. He only has to leave CR before things get really serious. Once he leaves CR and is out of their jurisdiction, it would be difficult to serve notice on him. Supposing he is in the USA, he has rights to defend himself before being declared the father and I think the burden of proof would be placed on the honey in CR. Supposing he is somewhere other than the USA, locating him wouldn't be easy. Locating him in the USA can be difficult let alone locating him in the World.
Most guys who know the K*D is likely theirs and wants to bail on the K*D know to leave CR as soon as possible.
Odd that some guys, when talking about anything other than Ch*ld support enforcement talk as if CR is completely useless when it comes to gov't administration, but the minute the Ch*ld support issue comes up these same guys insinuate that CR is at your door faster than lightening. Doesn't make sense to me.
The guy who was in Jaco, unfortunately for him, owned a house in DR so he left that as well. No time to sell it.

They refuse to let you leave the country, but at the same time issue you an emergency cedula.
From the airport? I've never been, but do they check your documents when exiting to Paname or Nic on land?
