The Prez is ungoing renovatons from 9/1 - 10/31. Limited availbility during this time period.

I just booked from 8/24 thru 8/29. I wanted 8/24 thru 9/3, that's how I found out. Looking elsewhere for the other days.

What are they doing? Renovating to accomidate more of a family atmosphere?

Nothing like getting in that rickeldy old elevator with dad, mom, the two K*ds, me and the hooker. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Daniel told me in Dec. that they will be soundproofing the rooms in the front building, since the Prez is 2 buildings. He said it would occor in Apr and May , so with tico time Sept. sound about right.

Soundproffing it from the outside or each indifividual room? Nothing like hear the clipty clop of hooker heals at 3 in the morning walking down the hallway.
