Coming back from a job interview in Miami-Dade Co. this evening and decided to stop by FLL beach for a couple cold ones when noticed this incoming plane weaving all over. It must have changed positions left and right of the runway 3 times in the last 2 miles approach. To my dismay it was a Spirit. Windy but not overly windy today and didn't see any other planes doing this. Sure I have seen planes correct for a crosswind farther out but not so close or erratically. Even thought the Spirit was about to do a fly around at one point.

Do you think he or she was hot doggin it back into FLL or seriously under-experienced? Scary

Flew in to FLL from SJO on Spirit last night, didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. This was about 6 pm though. The bad part was immigration/customs computers were down so we had to wait 40 minutes before computers came back online. Things did go quickly after they were back up.
