The Sportsman's Lodge website hijacked my opening page to their site.
It took me a half hour to figure out how to correct it as I am not a computer nerd.
That pisses me off.

Speaking as a computer nerd, you likely did it yourself. Unless Bill invested heavily in malware, spyware, or underware

their site is incapable of doing that. I just tested it on Firefox and IE and neither prompted me for a set as home page or did any of the usual signs of browser hijacking occur. Even did it on two different operating systems, Mac and Windows.
So it's likely you inadvertently set the page to be your home page. If you run into this again, go to tool, internet options, and the first tab that comes up, General, there is a box that says Home Page. Click Use Current, Use Default or Use Blank. I'm a Use Blank guy as that way I don't have to wait for whatever page it set to load.
Cheers!
