Morning Gents,

I am going to swing on down to SJO in three weeks. I have 2 nights before mi novia gets back into town. As much as I like the HDR, is anyone hoopin' it up lately in other hotels other than the HDR and Sportsmen's...I mean drinking, dancing, etc... How about the Hotel M or the Clarion? I have never stayed at either of these places but I heard they can get a little rockin' sometimes?

Andy, I have stayed at the Clarion my last two trips. Nice, quiet, pleasant, good location, breakfast included, and casino on site where I am comfortable playing cards (until it closes at 3 a.m.).
However, I would not say I found it rockin'. In fact, about 4 a.m. one Monday morning I found myself back at the HDR. And at that hour it was not rockin either.

The Clarion is a great place to stay as it's one of the nicest hotels in the gulch... Do a search to find out more, but for partying? Nope... You bring your own party there... The casino may get busy later and there may be ladies available, but I'm usually occupied so I don't really know... I like the Clarion to get away from the craziness...

The SL does have the potential for a party at any time... It depends what CRTers are around and how much the liquor is flowing.... There's available chicas, and especially when new talent arrives, that's when a fiesta can break out at anytime...

I'll be there on April 2nd and 3rd, then the 6th and 7th.... Let's make something happen...
